Beth Jones is the best realtor we’ve ever had! We were moving from out of state and bought our home site unseen. She walked us through many homes on FaceTime until we found the one we loved. She met with our inspectors, videoed her conversations with them, was very honest about concerns she had about the house. She also took many videos of the house and sent it to us. She went above and beyond! She is very knowledgeable and competent. She is also a lovely person. She is a smart realtor and I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends, family or strangers. My husband and I went back and forth between the pros and cons of purchasing a home. We had been working long and hard on our credit but were still determining if now was the right time to buy a home. We knew we still had a ways to go before reaching ‘the perfect credit for buying a home’ and had concerns about who we could find to help us. We had looked at many places and each time would see ourselves face to face with a scam of sorts or the place we wanted being sold almost as soon as we’d viewed it. After a few months of looking and finding ourselves unsuccessful, disheartened, we resigned ourselves to staying in a small, third-floor apartment in an area we were not truly happy with, nor felt comfortable or entirely safe.
